How to use the Healing Toolkit
The Healing Tree Toolkit is not something you need to complete or “get right.”
It’s designed to be returned to, gently and intuitively — especially in moments when something inside you feels activated, confused, heavy, or unclear.
You don’t need to use everything.
You don’t need to use it in order.
You don’t need to understand everything straight away.This toolkit is here to support your nervous system first, then offer insight, meaning, and integration when you’re ready.
Think of it as a living resource — one you can come back to again and again.
When you’re ready, begin with the Roots.
And remember — you can always come back.
