There comes a moment in healing when coping is no longer enough.

That is why I created The Healing Tree.

A self-paced online programme designed to help you move beyond survival, reconnect with yourself, and remember who you truly are.

For many people, working with me in person simply isn't possible. Some live interstate, others overseas, and many have been waiting for the right opportunity to begin their healing journey in a deeper way.

The Healing Tree was created to make this work more accessible.

Drawing on the principles explored in Trauma Survivor to Soul Warrior, this programme combines practical healing tools, guided hypnosis, psychological insight, spiritual exploration, and reflective exercises to help you gently move through old wounds and into a more grounded, empowered version of yourself.

This is not an overwhelming or high-intensity programme.

You don't need to spend hours each day reliving the past.
